Summary: We have stayed at this location many times. Room is always clean and comfortable. We stopped at the front desk to get more regular coffee packets for our room for the next morning and were told they were out. We asked if housekeeping had any and were told no. How can that even be? How could you be out of coffee to stock the rooms. Also the breakfast was not good - old bagels - that's as far as we got with that so I can't review the rest of breakfast offering.

Summary: Very comfortable bed, which is the most important thing in a hotel. Good coffee in the morning, and clean all around. Nice place for an extended stay if you have business or training in the area

Summary: Very new, clean. My best stay for the entire 8 day trip to michigan and NY. Stayed 3 nights, very clean room, good service, decent breakfast in the morning. Good location, close to several restaurants in the Troy area.

Summary: All of the staff, from the front desk, the housekeeping, the breakfast giys, and the maintenance crew were all very friendly and helpful. The common areas and my room was very clean. The coffee was hot and fresh. An enjoyable stay.
